Happy Friday!
So after a much-needed restructuring, time management being at the top of my list, I now have weekends off. I did not understand my self-imposed work schedule – why would I want to work Sunday? It just did not make any sense, so, I rescheduled family and teen coaching to different days throughout the week freeing Sunday for me.
In the past “me” day was Friday. This meant I could spoil myself with some of the finer things life has to offer such as a day at the spa. Not that I wouldn’t enjoy a day at the spa, I just haven’t had the resources to enjoy a full day, but rest assured in the very near future I intend to do just that, but in the mean time I will enjoy special treatment and accept a facial from time to time from an amazing individual. I hope I can still get special treatment even if Friday is no longer my ‘me’ day.
My special treatment comes in the form of a facial. Yes, men also take care of their skin. First off let me tell you about the treatment I get when I visit Exel Biocosmetica Canada. A wonderful, beautiful lady who spews the essence of life greets me at the door with hugs – the décor and the scent throughout Exel will put anybody at ease. I’m treated to a DNA peel mask that rids my skin of impurities like pollution. But it is not only the DNA peel that makes this experience worthy of sharing, it’s the product and the process in which it's applied that made my experience that much more enjoyable, relaxing, and worth sharing.
Now that I have weekends off I can spend a little more time on me and a little less time on everything else.

Good for you! What a wonderful way to spend time, having a facial. Glad to hear you've re-claimed your weekends.
That sounds really soothing, Bruno. "Me time" is good.
One of these days I am going to have to post about the woman who does my hair. Your description of your facial lady reminds me of my Vic.
I am so glad that you are enjoying some 'me' time. A lot of us learn much too late how important it is to make that special time. Enjoy..
Hi Bruno

Thanks Gone Back South - Best wishes on your new journey!
I'm not surprised Vic sounds like Eva - They both have three letter names :) Everybody should create more "me" days. Look forward to your Vic posting. :)
It's never too late jojo :)
Juliet!! First free weekend? Not as free as I would have liked, but, sometimes issues arise that need to be dealt with - but I am looking forward to many many free weekends to come. :)
I love massages too - I love any pampering that requires me to do nothing but enjoy what ever treatment I am receiving. I feel like a massage today - thanks Mona!!
Hi AM - You are very welcome - I hope you can continue being happy even after you leave this blog. The next time you are less than happy, try to smile - smiling is infectious.
