    Hello Again!

I missed you so much. I don’t know why I stayed away for so long, but I’m here now - I am home. I’m back where I belong. I feel connected, joyful, and happy to be surrounded by you. You bring me great pleasure. I think about you all the time. Oh… how I missed you - words cannot even describe the void I feel when I am gone.

I want to tell you something, something I’m sure you already know. You have an amazing ability to help me see clear with no judgment or noise just what is in front of me and near. Nothing else matters when I am here, just you and me and all that I can see. I feel you through and in me all of your energy – peace, quiet and nothing but stillness surrounds me.

I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to say hello to you again today – Thank you for the wonderful feeling, the peacefulness and energy that I will take away. Until tomorrow when I return I prey I do not go astray.

    Words Of Wisdom

In general, everybody is a product of they’re environment. Do you ever stop and challenge what you believe? I bet if you challenged what you believe, you would learn the beliefs you hold near and dear to your heart are not true nor are they beliefs developed through facts or experience but rather comments directed at you that you unconsciously made your own.

During my early developmental years I was constantly exposed to untrue comments to prevent me from failing at accomplishing tasks I set out to achieve. The comments were not intended to deliberately derail me from succeeding, but rather to enforce fear so that I would succeed at accomplishing any task I put my mind to. Fortunately, I did not believe many of the comment, and more often than not I opted to try what I was told I would fail at. Each time I succeeded at what I was told I would fail at I would build a resistance for the person. With each comment I proved false, the less I listened to what people had to say, especially immediate influencers. Don’t get me wrong, I was not disrespectful, I just chose not to adapt their beliefs.

Today in many cultures children adapt learned behavior and false beliefs passed down to them from their immediately influencers. The false beliefs are not intended to hurt the children, but rather to help them along on their journey through life. Some false beliefs a child will carry into adulthood will contribute to the amount of stress and anxiety they will experience, and if they do not challenge their internal belief system and add facts to what they believe, their stress and anxiety level will increase and they will have no way of knowing why.

So the next time you have an overwhelming need to impart some words of wisdom onto anybody, ask yourself if what you are about say is something you know factually, through experience or if it’s something you heard along the way. And, If it is something you learned along the way and don’t know from where, I suggest you substantiate it with facts before imparting any words of wisdom.

A Time In Life Of A Life Coach

Times are changing. Life isn’t what it used to be. Change is good and I choose to change with the times. Thus, the new name for Morning Java – A Time In Life Of A Life Coach.

When I first started this blog I was searching for an outlet, a place where I can express my thoughts, my vision, and my theory of life. Over time the blog evolved – The image, purpose, and even the name has changed once or twice. The one thing that remains constant is that this blog is about me, and my journey through life.

Morning Java enabled me to continue learning about who I am, what I enjoy, the reasons why I act the way I do, and how to slow down. There was a time in my life when I felt my English was horrible and that I could never write a book based on my writing skills, so I enlisted with a ghostwriter. I’m firm believer that things happen for a reason and we won’t quite understand the reason why until much later down the road.

The ghostwriter I hired to write my book ran into financial trouble toward the end of last year, he unfortunately had to return to work full time. I didn’t flinch or anything when I heard the news, I just figured it wasn’t meant to be. Today I am happy that he was unable to continue with the project because it has allowed me to write my book from my heart, in my own words and style.

So as life changes with each passing minute, we too are changing with time - Our views on life, how we perceive circumstances and situations, as we learn and have a new understanding as to why thing must happen the way they do.

This is my time in life as a life coach

An Out Of Balance Life Coach - Are Your 5 Pillars Balanced?

I’m at a loss for words. I feel the candle burning at both ends, again. I am slowly falling out of balance in each of my pillars due to the constant go-go-go in the past few weeks. I’ve had very little down time, or as I call it ‘me’ time, causing my stress level to elevate, even though I have taken some action to reduce the stress level, I don’t feel I have done enough yet.

Today is a packed day with three life-coaching clients, two business meetings, and ending with a Toastmaster International meeting late this evening. As I look to the week ahead, every day looks pretty much the same with no ‘me’ time anywhere in my schedule. Gone are the days when Friday was ‘me’ day. Friday is now a full day of client meetings, deliverables - anything but ‘me’ day.

Fortunately, I do recognize the pattern, and I must do something to rebalance the pillars within my life. I can only work so many hour within one day and at the end of my day I must shut down and relax or I will become useless, not only in my life coaching practice but also with my business clients.

Effective immediately I cancelled all Sunday life coaching sessions and rescheduled each client session during the week. I will make every effort to end my business day at 5 p.m. to allow myself time to prepare and enjoy my dinner, and to unwind with a book or a TV show before laying to rest. If I implement these changes I should have Saturday and Sunday for ‘me’.

This upcoming Sunday I am taking a drive to visit my spiritual coach. Yes, even I have a coach. The plan is to experience The Five Tibetan Yoga’s. I’m certain I will feel refreshed and invigorated when I return Sunday.

    1. Can you recognize when one of your pillars is off?
    2. What do you do to rebalance your 5 pillars?

    What Are You Waiting For?

There is only so much you can learn from what you already know
From the places you’ve been to the things you’ve done
Stop waiting or there will be no more
    What are you waiting for?

Life is an unknown from the time you are born to the time you go on your own
Life is one big mystery of many unknowns
    What are you waiting for?

There was a time when all you could think was the unknown
The unknown exited you, waiting to live the unknown
Trying new things, traveling to new places, learning and growing

But today you sit back waiting for the known
Time is passing with so little that is really known
One day you embraced it and in the next you feared it
It’s the one thing that will make you grow

There is only so much you can learn from what you already know
From the places you’ve been to the things you’ve done
Stop waiting or there will be no more
    What are you waiting for?

Life is an unknown from the time you are born to the time you go on your own
Life is one big mystery filled with unknowns
It is the unknowns that will make you grow

Why do you sit back with what you think you know
Time is lapsing and you really don’t know
To fear the unknown is to fear life
Because life is one big mystery filled with unknowns
Cherish and love it and you will learn and grow

Embrace what you don’t want to know
    What are you waiting for?

The Line At Which All Good Things Happen - The Line Where All The Stars Align

Every night before I lay to rest, I connect with the Universe to give thanks and praise for what I have, for the people within my life, my gifts, my health, nature and to all living things. I am thankful to be able to live the life I live and in return I try to help those whom wish to live a similar life.

Today I am blessed with the opportunity to share my thoughts, views and theory’s in a documentary related to spirituality and higher consciousness. Not many people have the opportunity to live a life filled with dreams driven by passion. Life for many is a constant struggle from one day to the next, from the day-to-day battles and environmental noise that engulf their world leaving them feeling lost, disconnected and furthest away from the line at which all good things happen – the line where all the stars align.

There was a time in my life not long ago when I was engulfed by the very same influences that many of you experience today. I searched for answers to all my questions for many years. I never abandoned my quest for happiness and freedom, for many years I asked myself:

“Why - Why is life the way it is - why do I have to do what I don’t want to do - why I do have to listen to what others feel they need to say - and why can I not live the life I feel I know exists?”

By age 31 I thought I had discovered the answer. By age 32 I began living my answer. By age 33 I knew I could not possibly have all the answers, and soon, as I turn 34 I know now I will never ever have all the answers. But, what I do know and all that will ever matter to me is that my life is only about me - How I feel, and what I do will determine how long I stay at the line at which all good things happen, the line where all the stars align.

What I learned at age 31 was that I was consumed by the illusion of life that was created by the world around me, mostly driven by fear. By age 32 I learned that it was okay for me to be me – all of me. And at age 33 I finally let it all go and became vulnerable so I can be who I knew I wanted to be, and that is ME.

Today, because I am ME, I get to live my dreams, driven by passion and no fear.

    Happy Saturday!

    Footprints To Our Hearts

I’m in one of those moods. Quiet, somber, I feel really solemn tonight. So much has happened in such a short period of time. One day I’m helping people learn about who they are, and in the next, I’m running a successful business managing writers, designer, developers, sales people, and soon someone to take the company to where I dreamed it can be. But, not only do I get to help people learn about whom they are, and run a successful business, I get to use my skills, talent and passion to live my childhood dream. I’m not dreaming, all of this and more are happening right before my eyes. Not 1 - not 2 - but 3 amazing turn of events, which are paving the road to my future.

So, with so much positive things happening in my life, why am I in one of those moods, why do I feel so solemn? I try not to analyze my emotions, I simply allow myself to feel and to go through the process without interpretation or thought. Unfortunately, tonight I simply cannot. Tonight I feel that the only way I will release my emotions is to express myself through my words.

I have no reason not to trust anybody, I trust everybody and maybe sometimes I shouldn’t. I even trusted when the writing was on the wall, echoed by those closest to me to be careful, that it is not all that it is made to be. Today, I finally learned that it wasn’t even close to what I chose to believe it could be – shame on me.

Life will go on – I believe and I often share: At the end of the day even the people that love you the most will end up hurting you. And because I believe this little known fact, I will be able to pick myself up and continue on my journey of 1, 2, and 3.

I will trust again and I will still trust unconditionally.

    Footprints On Our Hearts
Some people come into our lives
and leave footprints on our hearts
and we are never ever the same.

Some people come into our lives
and quickly go... Some stay for awhile
    and embrace our silent dreams.

    They help us become aware
of the delicate winds of hope...
and we discover within every human spirit
there are wings yearning to fly.

They help our hearts to see that
the only stairway to the stars
    is woven with dreams...
    and we find ourselves
    unafraid to reach high.

    They celebrate the true essence
    of who we are...
    and have faith in all
    that we may become.

    Some people awaken us
    to new and deeper realizations...
    for we gain insight
from the passing whisper of their wisdom

Throughout our lives we are sent
    precious souls...
    meant to share our journey
however brief or lasting their stay
they remind us why we are here.

To learn... to teach... to nurture... to love

Some people come into our lives
    to cast a steady light
upon our path and guide our every step
    their shining belief in us
helps us to believe in ourselves.

    Some people come into our
lives to teach us about love...
The love that rests within ourselves.

Let us reach out to others
and feel the bliss of giving
for love is far richer in action
that it ever is in words.

Some people come into our lives
and they move our souls to sing
    and make our spirits dance.

They help us to see that everything on earth
is part of the incredibility of life...
and that it is always there
for us to take of its joy.

Some people come into our lives
and leave footprints on our hearts
and we are never ever the same.

Behavior Patterns - A Harsh Warning

Self-destructive behavior patterns caused by psychological trauma will create an illusion of ones self-worth. When children are exposed to metal and or physical abuse they can develop a scale that will measure their self-worth, which subconsciously influences their actions and feelings when they become young adults.

The type of abuse a child is exposed to will determine the behavior patterns that may persist in adulthood. Studies show the part of the brain, the frontal lobe, which is the part of the brain that associates action with consequence, does not fully develop until between the ages of 25 to 30. This means that some young adult are making choices that have long term serious consequences they cannot foresee.

I do not enjoy scaring people, as a matter of fact I’m known as a supporter and cheerleader, however, I’m also known for calling a spade a spade when I see one.

If you have been exposed to any amount of psychological trauma in your early developmental years and you are reading this post, ask yourself the following question:

Do I use the words “MY TYPE” to defend my actions and behavior?
If you answered YES, I use “MY TYPE” in a sentence to defend your actions and behaviors to concerned friends and family, I must warn you that you will regret your actions when the part of the brain I referred to is fully matured.

Your self-worth and what you feel you deserve today is an illusion that was created largely in part because of your past environment. Take a step back and look into your past - Identify the pattern of abuse you tolerate today and match it to the abuse you were exposed to at young age. Look carefully, do you recognize your “TYPE

Open your eyes! Your actions have serious consequences that you will regret in just a few short year.

    Just About Nothing

I hit a wall - Writers block or blogger block, which ever you prefer. Lately I've been watching CNN, maybe a little too much. I watch the news because I love how reporters use words. I listen carefully to the choice of words and how they articulate their thoughts, and deliver each word pronouncing every syllable.

Reporters have an extraordinary vocabulary. They say if you want to become successful you have to hang out with successful people. Likewise, if I want to improve my writing skills then I need to hang out with people who have a strong command of the English language, or, I can watch CNN. Watching CNN is like hanging out with Lou Dobbs, Anderson Cooper, and Campbell Brown, only they can’t hear my side of the debate.

I really have nothing to write about tonight. Well that's not true, I can write about something, it doesn’t take much for me to be inspired and to write about it, but tonight I feel like writing about nothing.

It was brought to my attention today that when some people have nothing to write about, they meander in and out of blogs looking for content. Who knew that people actually pilfer content from other bloggers? Me, when I have nothing to write about I watch CNN and listen carefully to the words that are spoken and I become inspired to write how they speak.

Overall I think my writing skill is improving. I’ve come a long way from when I first started blogging and did not care about proper English. I will pad myself on the back for using “the” only 4 times throughout this post.

So, is this post about nothing, or, is it about something?

Am I The Same Person In Person As The Blogger?

Am I the same person in person as the person who blogs? I see myself as Bruno. I know who I am and I know where I am going. I know my weaknesses, my strengths, and I know the triggers that will cause me to react. I know what I fear, but I also know how to get over my fears. And I even know what my insecurities are. That doesn't mean I know everything about myself, it means that I am still learning and will continue to learn more and more of who I am until the day I expire.

With each day I live I learn more about who I am and more about the things that will shake me up. I am no different than any other person who walks the face of the earth. I am confident in many aspects of life, but I’m also insecure in some aspects. The only difference between you and me is that I'm not afraid of learning from my insecurities. I take what I fear and I confront it head on.

Life is about you and you only. You come into this world alone and you leave this world alone. The fear for judgment of what another person may say, about the way you look or the way you speak or maybe even the way you write, would be living your life for that person. I live my life for myself and I learn from the things that I do not know.

Ego comes to mind when I allow myself to think that what I have to say or how I may sound will impact a person enough to become the topic of conversation over his or her dinner hour. Not only is it egotistical but it is also implies that I am living my life for that person, and that just isn’t so.

I choose to live my life for myself, learning and growing with each passing day. Me, you and everybody learn from what we do not know. I am learning to slow down when I become passionate about a topic, or more importantly when I’m sharing one of my passions on live radio.

I have decided to share the mp3 from that morning I was on CFRB Talk Radio. If you are a frequent reader you will know I was mortified when I played back the show and heard myself for the first time. Did I learn anything about myself after I played back the mp3? I sure did!

Life Coach Bruno LoGreco on CFRB Talk Radio

So, am I the same person in person as the blogger? Yes, I am the same person – what you read, hear and soon see is who I am all the time. I am me, just Bruno.

The Future Is 15 Seconds Away...

Life is moving forward with each passing second. The future is only one second away and within 15 seconds your entire life can change - One telephone call, a discussion in passing, even this blog post can change your attitude and will contribute to the journey you are about to embark on with or without conscience thought. Everything can and will change your future every 15 seconds. Are you ready?

Life is filled with choices, life choices that are all yours to make, every step of the way. You may choose to live your life with a false belief to defend your life choices and continue on the same path talking about the same problems one year from now. Or, you can choose to acknowledge and accept that you chose this path at some point in your life, right or wrong, and now you must choose a new path with new action.

Everybody, everywhere in life will have to make choices. Some choices will be for the better, other choices will be for the worst, but every choice is an invaluable lesson that you will take with you to your next journey. If you are one of those people that is stuck, or someone that loves to complain about something that happened ten years ago, you need to know whatever you may think is the reason why you are on that same path, the real reasons is because you are choosing to continue on the same path.

So, now you know the truth about life choices, and now you have a choice to make: Continue down the same path complaining about the choices you made, or you can choose to take a new path and change your future

Are you ready? The future is only 15 seconds away...

Is The Recession Hurting Your Pocket Book?

Make Money With No Money is a challenge I posted on Morning Java, December 14, 2008 when the economy took a nosedive for the worst. People I knew and people I did not know where losing their jobs and homes. One of my passions is to help people that want help, and that is why I created the challenge.

My generation has never lived through a recession this deep, we only heard and read about deeper recessions like the great depression of 1930's, and too young to understand the recession of the 1980's. Even though we are in a deep, bad, recession, there still is opportunities available for individuals to make a living, but it requires a different mindset.

The goal for Make Money With No Money was to draw from your natural talent and passion to create a new life. In the blog post I explain a technique anybody can use to find his or her natural talent and passion. After you learn what your natural talent and passion is, I recommend you turn to technology and leverage all that is available to you at the click of a mouse.

Today marks one month since I posted the challenge December 14th. I'm sure many of you will not be surprised to learn that I accepted the challenge myself and created a new company. As of today I have 3 clients and growing, which I provide specialized services to. What I do for these companies is something I love and have a passion for - And it has nothing to do with life coaching either.

As of today the company is generating four digit monthly revenue, by the end of the month the company will see monthly revenue climb and exceed five digits. The total outlay to start the company was only $9.95, and that was to buy a domain name. I did spend another $75.00 for template website that is not operational as of yet. I work with a team of five, including one commission based sales person.

I am more than happy to share my success and secrets with anybody who sends me an email requesting help.

    Happy Hump Day!

Fear is not something I subscribe to. Anytime I experience fear in my daily life I set course to learn why I'm afraid, but more importantly I want to learn the root cause and destroy it by determining the false belief that has me believing something that is not true. When I analyze what I believe to determine the false belief, I challenge what I believe with facts. Any thoughts that are untrue or cannot be substantiated with factual information become false beliefs. When I no longer believe something that is not true, I no longer put my faith into whatever I am afraid of. When I no longer believe something that is not true, I no longer experience fear.

Judgement is a contributor of fear. Fear for what people will think and say, fear for not doing it right and fear for being yourself. When fear dominates a persons life it stops them dead in their tracks from achieving and attempting tasks. When someone lacks self-confidence coupled with fear for judgement, it creates an illusion that is a projection of what they fear and prevents them from attempting and achieving day-to-day tasks.

Sometimes analyzing fear and untying false beliefs is not enough, and more often then not attempting to execute a task works quicker and and is more effective than analyzing fear alone.

    1. Are you tired of being controlled by fear?
    2. What are you afraid of?
    3. Is your fear a false belief?
    4. What do you think you need to do to get over your fear?
    NOW GO DO IT...

    Professional AND Lasagna

Professionalism will go a long way in business. Your appearance and how you conduct yourself will determine how successful you will be in your business venture.

We are in a global recession and it is expected that unemployment will be as high as 10% by 2010 in the United States. This means that there will be a lot of companies helping those they know first, starting with the ones that leave a lasting professional impression.

Okay, onto my next thought. But really, that's how I typically think. I have an overall thought that I blurt out and I'm onto the next topic. So for tonight's dinner party, for six. I decided to go with: Antipasto to start, Meaty Lasagna, and for dessert: French Pastry Puff, filled with French Creme. YUM...

Over the holidays I learned a new way of preparing Lasagna. Not traditional for the region of Italy I'm from. I really don't know what region prepares their lasagna the way I learned that is so YUMMMY and RICH. Five layers of juicy meat and cheese, which include: Genova salami, ground pork, ground meat, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, mozzarella and romano cheese. I had this version once before but I was not a fan and it could be because it was prepared in an unfamiliar kitchen.

My break is over and I need to get back into the kitchen or there will be no lasagna.

    Happy Friday!

Dreams... Everybody dreams. Some dreams fall to the wayside, some dreams come true but manifest not as you dreamed it would but with a spin or maybe in a different direction, while other dreams like your childhood dreams come true when the stars align because you followed your passion and talent.

I'm a natural dreamer and could dream up just about anything. The older and wiser I'm becoming, the far less I see obstacles and challenges as threats. Every dream starts with an idea, sometimes you an another person can share the same dream, but, unfortunately your dream and that of another person can not be the same - different realities and different needs will makeup different dreams. This is why It is important to ensure when living your dream you live your dream for yourself and nobody else - It has to be about you and you only.

My dreams take me down a path of entrepreneurship, among others paths that crisscross and join later, somewhere along my journey. All paths do connect at some point along my life journey. What I envision for one of my dreams is a company of companies. It's not a secret but I love starting new companies because I have so many ideas. But, once the company is up and running or just about to launch, my job is done and I want to move onto the next idea, while someone else manages and takes the company to the next level. Dreaming and starting companies is a strength, and strengths should be fostered.

Follow your passion and natural talent, when you do the stars will align and life as you know will change and you too will live your dream.

Happy Friday and enjoy the weekend.

What a long day! I'm finally getting around to finishing this blog post. After the taping earlier this afternoon, I had work and deadlines to meet for the new company. One meeting, one document to review and a presentation to prepare for Monday.

Tomorrow is Friday. For some unknown reason I scheduled four appointments tomorrow. I am also hosting a dinner for six. So, some time between my scheduled appointments, I have to go grocery shop, and clean the apartment. Tomorrow will be a fun day. :) I do have this distant recollection though about 'me' Friday - It's faint... But, I know this is how it starts before it snow balls to a place where I can feel the candle burning at both ends.

Before I go to bed, I want to share a little something with Morning Java readers. Insecurity will yield you zero returns. Insecurity leads to self-sabatoge especially when you feel threatened by another person. Ask yourself if the other person can read your thoughts and if the answer is NO, chances are the person you feel threatened by is not thinking what you are.

    Good Night,

    Style by Jury

This is becoming easier and easier with each episode. The very first time I was in an episode, I kid you not it felt like it took forever, and that's because it did. Today we were able to wrap one scene in a total of one hour and half hours. Bonus!!

I'm just about to give my interview about the subject, we then break for lunch and start again this afternoon at 1pm.

    Style By Jury

I'm on the set of Style By Jury this morning, which happens to be my living room. I have a few minutes before we begin filming. What I learned from my past appearances on the show is to stay away from the subjects until the camera is rolling. This will prevent from saying something off-camera that I should have said on camera.

I'm filing two episodes today. The first subject appears to be very happy-go-lucky with a good outlook on life just a little lost, seeking to find her way. I won't give out too many details but I will update the progress throughout the day.

How much fun do you think it would be to do what you love for an audience? If you could perform for an audience, what would you love to do?

    Life Coaches Journey

Morning Java with Life Coach Bruno LoGreco debuted almost one year ago. I started blogging because at that time I was looking for a place where I could express my thoughts and opinions about life and childhood dreams. I myself am a big dreamer, so I wanted to connect with other dreamers and like-minded people to share stories with to be inspired and motivated by. What the blog evolved into is a story about my life journey dealing with insecurities, fears, shame, and all those other emotions, but also a tool to help me with my writing skills.

In my early blogging days I was aware of my horrible writing skills but had no intention of doing anything about it. As time progressed and the blog evolved, I took an interest in creative writing. I began proofing my work and what I read was embarrassing to some degree. I wasn't ashamed enough to go back and delete the posts, but I was motivated to find a way to improve my writing skills. My neighbor who is a schoolteacher loaned me a set of grammar books that grade one students use to learn English. I try to take an English lesson at least once per week.

Over the past year, I put myself in a vulnerable position as a Life Coach. My existing website: www.brunologreco.com does not have a blog. The reason why it does not have a blog is because I did not want potential clients to read my raw thoughts related to my practice. To some degree, I'm sure I was embarrassed about my writing skills and having blogger host my blog was a safe bet. However, since Morning Java is a public blog when anybody does a search for Life Coach Toronto, Morning Java with Life Coach Bruno LoGreco also displays. So potential clients potentially are already reading my raw thoughts. So, it only makes sense for me to integrate Morning Java into my existing website www.brunologreco.com.

Of course that isn't the only reason why. I wouldn't be me if there wasn't another reason.

So, how do YOU identify an area that can potentially be of interest to you but you don't know because you feel you do not do it well?

    Confidence Exercise

    1. Do you do something you enjoy but feel embarrassed to share it with anybody?
    2. What thoughts come to mind when you think of sharing your work?
    3. Can you improve at what you enjoy doing by taking a course or self taught?
    4. Take what you learn and put it into practice.
    5. Now share your work with others.

    Passion, Purpose & Love

The dazzling display of pyrotechnics over the city of New York at the strike of midnight on the eve of the New Year charged my soul with renewed inspiration. From the moment the clock struck twelve, my anima, overwhelmed by motivation. The best way I can describe it is: A constant feeling of “Aha” moments, waves of happiness, joy, and excitement.

To me the energy I feel is an indicator that something incredible is happening. Even the energy from those around me is shifting, even among all the doom and gloom: A global recession, job losses in the millions, the credit freeze, the mortgage crisis, and still I hear stories of resilience, determination and perseverance, people picking-up whatever is left and starting over again.

I’ve been told that New York is the city of dreams - The city that never sleeps, and the only city where you can reinvent yourself over and over and become whatever you choose. Thousands of people flock to New York annually for this purpose alone. I believe NOW is the best time for anybody, no matter what city you live in to reinvent yourself. You can choose whatever lifestyle you want to live - whatever your heart desires. You don’t have to live in New York to reinvent yourself; you can do it from anywhere now.

The world as we know it is changing. History, politics the way we transact personally and professionally, even the way we choose our mate, and soon the banking system. We haven’t seen times like this since the industrial revolution - A new wave of entrepreneurs and innovators - dreamers alike emerging to tackle the globes biggest problems that face generations to come. This is an opportunity of a lifetime, an opportunity to be at the forefront in the next chapter of history - Don’t you want to be part of it?

Imagine for a moment living the lifestyle you dream of. Whether the life you dream is about spending more time with family or the dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Ultimately all your dreams are about freedom and flexibility - To live life the way you choose and with those you love and trust.

Coincidentally you are not alone. Coincidence, or was humanity on the wrong path all-together? Listen to the words that are spoken by others around you and you will hear: Passion, Purpose, and Love. People like Oprah Winfrey, The Queen of Day Time Television, and New York Times Best Seller, Eckhart Tolle, Author of The Power Of Now, are talking, writing, and teaching about the pages that will fill the next chapter in modern history.

It’s About Passion, Purpose, And Love – Self-Fulfillment

People are slowly but surely getting a clue: In the pursuit of living “the dream” we all forgot about our own dream. Generation after generation, we all lived another persons’ dream - Whose dream may I ask?

Perhaps the shift we are witnessing isn’t so much a shift but rather a correction. Maybe it is time to get back to the basics - Back to a time when prosperity and success followed passion and purpose, a time when you worked the land or used talent such as your hands to create a piece of work. A time period when individuality was fostered and individuals were recognized for their achievements. Back to a time when perception was not reality.

    Be Yourself

    Challenge What You Believe

I’m at the end of my 2008 Christmas vacation. I fly home Monday morning with new goals and aspirations for 2009. When I land in Toronto Monday, I will arrive to a full schedule: New life coaching clients, and a new thriving business, that I started with less than $100 dollars. A few weeks ago I posted a challenge – Make Monday With No Money. I’m of the mindset that you practice what you preach, so I entered the challenge myself.

During my radio appearance on CFRB, I spoke about starting a business with no money and using barter as a means to exchange for services. Websites like craigslist.com and others allow you to post free ads. I put my words to the challenge and posted a few ads on craigslist.com for different kind of service providers. It wasn’t long before my inbox started to accumulate resumes. After a few telephone calls and two reference checks, I now have consultants sitting on the sideline waiting for my instructions.

The economy is grim and a lot of people are looking for work to make ends meet, all it takes is a great deal to hire a commission based sales person to generate leads and sales. And that’s exactly what I did. I contracted a commission based sales person to generate leads and to close sales for the new company. Of course there is the promise of a full time opportunity when the company becomes successful – That is only fair. And lastly I reviewed the pool of talent that is immediately available to me thanks to Linkedin.com.

So in less than thirty-days (30) since I started the challenge – Make Money With No Money, I have a full fledge business with consultants, paying clients, revenue exceeding four digits and enough closed business to see five-digit revenue for the month of January. I was able to make this all happen for less than $100 dollars.

Fear is what will keep you right where you are, stuck in your little box somewhere on your life journey. In 2009 make it a point to ditch all your false beliefs and stop listening to what you hear. Challenge what you believe and put it to the test – don’t make another persons knowledge one of your core beliefs – test what you believe for validity and you will unlock the door to your little box.

Happy New Year And May All Your Dreams Come True

The skies above Manhattan were lit by a brilliant display of pyrotechnics at the stroke of midnight. “Happy New Year! Happy New Year, best wishes and may all your dreams come true.” We chanted to each other making our way around the room to the intimate group of six. “Happy Anniversary baby, I love you!” followed by a sweet kiss as the pyrotechnic show dazzled each of us as we stared through the glass window overlooking Central Park.

39 stories above the streets of Manhattan, the skies sparkled: starburst blue, red, yellow, white - eruption after eruptions illuminating the skies with mesmerizing brilliance and thunder like “BOOM” roaring rumbles echoing in the distant skies, a sheer genius display of pyrotechnics.

I stood watching, fueled with inspiration by the sheer magnificence of the bright skies and the landscape that stood just in front of me that brought on an overwhelming feeling of JOY and happiness - it left me with a feeling of prosperity in abundance for 2009 and beyond. I felt like I was on the right path to see that all my dreams come true. A subtle reminder that dreams DO come true.

The energy in the room radiated with peace, love and joy – a room with like-minded individuals on a similar path to prosperity. Dazzled by the pyrotechnics, the host opened her arms and reached out to me. We locked into each other and hugged for a few moments, embracing one another like nothing else mattered. What a beautiful feeling.

I am truly inspired – I am ready to move forward into my journey – a journey of many unknowns, a journey with many challenges and obstacles but always a fearless journey, a journey of my own.

    Ten Powerful Self-Coaching Tips

    By Bruno LoGreco

Are you living the life of creativity and happiness that you've always dreamed of, or are you allowing your fears or other outside factors to influence you?

Following the path that your heart's desires requires courage and might require a shift in attitude. There are several methods you can use to act as your own life coach and start working toward the life you dream of.

    Ideas for self-improvement

You don't need to change every aspect of your life at once in order to improve your attitude and outlook on life. Self-improvement can feel daunting if you try to change everything at once.

A good way to embark on your journey of self-coaching is to make one change and see what kind of impact it has upon your life. The following tips are designed to help you improve your life and become your own life coach. Try out one of the following tips at a time to positively impact your attitude and daily life.

    1. Find some ‘you' time. Everyone needs time alone to meditate and recharge. You may think you don't have extra time in your day. Start with 10-20 minutes to use for meditation or silent reflection.

    2. Ask yourself what you truly want in life. Are you living your life according to your true dreams and desires? You may be unaware of your desires that lie hidden beneath your surface needs and wants, so take the time to find out.

    3. Write everything down. Even if your thought seems silly, write it down! You may be surprised by the inspiration and ideas you can come up with.

    4. Journal daily, but with a twist. Instead of just writing about today, try writing about yesterday.

    5. Keep track of the "happy moments." Each day has potential for many small moments that bring joy and happiness. If you don't make a special note of them, you may not even recognize the small joys in your day.

    6. Choose one task each night to complete the next day. This way, you have focus, and you accomplish at least one task. Tasking and taxing yourself with effort is important in reaching goals.

    7. Smile when you wake up. Smiling is contagious. By smiling you improve your mood and can potentially improve someone else's day as well.

    8. Give thanks each night. Gratitude will improve your outlook on life and help you see all the good and wonderful moments of your day.

    9. Try something new. A new experience fuels creativity and your enjoyment of the day.

    10. Create at least one memorable moment each day. Make each day unforgettable, even if in a small way!

Taking the next step with a life coach

Self-coaching tips are great ideas for helping you improve your life. However, you can take your life to the next level with a life coach and mentor. A professional life coach can help you set goals and help you move forward with your dreams. If you're looking for the right path toward happiness, a life coach can help you discover the path your heart truly desires.

The Success Indicators on Your Life Path

Many people seek out a particular goal in their life path and are content when they achieve it. The chance to broaden their horizons or learn new things within an existent structure is not as appealing to them as it is to some others. This is an issue that arises in many individuals because they mistakenly think they have achieved what they wanted to in their lives. The plethora of environmental noise around them begins to infringe upon their goals and forces them to lose sight of what they truly wanted.

A good way to think of this problem is to envision a large square box. This is not just any box though. Rather, in this case, your box has been divided into three separate, but equally shaped rectangular boxes, all stacked on top of one another. Each of these rectangular boxes is a highly important expression of your life goals -- individual levels of success. Within each of these levels of success is an indicator that tells you how close you are to becoming successful in this area of your life.

Every area of your life that you identify as a potential path for success can be further divided, containing the many different events and obstacles you will encounter as you strive to reach your goals. Think of each sector of your life as being divided even further, with three new sections within one of the three stacked boxes (sectors). Within each stacked box are three separate sections, divided by dotted lines that make up the life path you will follow. These dotted lines are not the same as the solid lines dividing the sectors -- they are a path that you have envisioned since childhood -- a series of goals and pathways to success that you want to follow.

As young people, these life paths may not be fully formed. Or they might be crystal clear in our minds--long, straight life paths from the early days of college and adult living to the ultimate goal of success that you have always strived for. You can see exactly what you need to do to reach each success indicator and achieve what you have set out to accomplish. And you probably did just this. After all, your goals as a youth were to be successful in the same way that you saw thousands of others live their lives. You wanted to reach your success indicators and experience the measure of success by which you would measure you life for decades to come.

However, nothing is ever as simple as we envision it during youth. There are countless factors that interfere with your ability to clearly see those success indicators and life paths to success. These factors, or "Environmental Noise," can be detrimental to even the most focused of individuals. Think of what would happen if you dumped the contents of downtown New York into your box and tried to maintain your focus on those goals. Would you even be able to see your life path anymore?

Everyone must travel their life path with environmental noise inundating them from all sides. It begins to become cloudy. The dotted lines, our life paths, begin to look like the straight lines and the success indicators start to be confused with any number of different distractions.

And then something will happen and you will realize that you are in fact nowhere near the original success indicators you set for yourself. Everything has changed and yet you are stuck in a way. You are deep within the center of the middle rectangular box and you have no idea which way to go or how to get back on track. The noise only grows louder and you grow dizzy trying to regain your focus.

It is in this instant that you must clear the noise and return to the basic, almost instinctive mode of thought you experienced as a child. What did you want from life? Where did you want to go? What do you need to get to that point? What was my life path? All of these questions must be asked without the distractions of the world around you muddying up your thought process. When you can revert to a very simple perspective of the world and only spend time thinking of what you want from life, you can be that much more successful.

You can succeed in life despite the environmental noise, cruising down your life paths and moving through your rectangles with ease, but oftentimes you need a helping hand to clear away the noise and look at life with fresh eyes. There is nothing wrong with asking for help to weed out these distractions and remove the clutter from your life sectors with a professional life coach.

    Top 10 Benefits to Journaling

    By Bruno Logreco

There are countless reasons to maintaining a journal. The top ten benefits of journaling may differ from person to person. However, there seems to be general themes that are attractive in the collective unconscious. Many people are looking to daily entries of their personal experiences to reap some of the following rewards.

Maintaining a journal is a natural way to exercise the brain. People who make regular entries are taking time to develop writing and communication skills that are very valuable in everyday interactions. This mental exercise also helps to allow your thoughts to flow freely.

Creativity is a second benefit to consider. This is an important aspect of journaling. The right hemisphere of the brain is associated with visual, imaginative and intuitive facets of thought. When you take time to write, you free the right hemisphere. The ideal entry will be one that puts the inner editor on hold. Thoughts and ideas should flow freely and naturally.

The uninhibited nature of this form of writing serves a third benefit of developing self awareness. People often create different faces to meet various circumstances. We tend to recreate in distinct situations including the work environment, the community and even when at home.

The process of keeping a journal helps you recognize the various aspects of your unique personality. The growing self awareness is a powerful force that can lead to even greater benefits in the future. Gaining insight into the self is among the most important aspects to maintaining a journal.

The fourth benefit is the ability to set priorities. Once you get a grasp on the thoughts and emotions that are filtered through your personal experience, you begin to gain control of them. The process eventually leads to a greater understanding of what is and what is not important.

The ability to re-see the past is another great benefit of keeping a journal. The pages can be revisited with a fresh perspective. It can be very surprising how much your understanding of an event changes over a relatively short period of time. Some writers find great moments of epiphany when rethinking and rereading entries.

Journaling is a fantastic problem-solving resource. The approach of using entries to come up with various solutions to troubles is a little different than approaches for self awareness and growth. Many people choose temporary brainstorming techniques that serve to give viable solutions to problems.

The seventh benefit of journaling is variety. You can choose what kind of entries you want to make. Common choices include brainstorming sessions, automatic writing and reflective notes. Personal journal entries can be made upon inspiration, when you first wake or right before you fall asleep. Some choose to do a combination of these.

Purging is the eighth benefit to this practice. Many people find it helpful to place negative thoughts and feelings down on paper. Once the negative energy is placed on the page, they are free to let it go. This practice also works well when dealing with anger towards another individual. Purge the negativity and work towards a constructive approach.

The ability to communicate with others is another benefit of keeping a journal. Those who work with life coaches can find a wealth of resources for sessions. Journaling can help you tap into your fears and dreams, helping your coach gain insight through entries that you choose to share.

The tenth benefit is improvement in your overall health. Journaling reduces stress. It provides time for you to meditate. The process helps to make the positive forces in your life surface and it helps to bring the harmful elements into light. The result of personal journaling is a new perspective on how you can take control of many aspects of your life.
