Love all 10 points you've made, especially the one about NOW being all that matters. Am practising being mindful and while it's difficult to do this, given the busy lives we all lead, it really is worth it.

I really like all 10 points as well.
I found a book that really motivated me by Jack Hatfield called Natural Success Principles.
Inside the book, Jack motivates you and lets you know that everything you need to succeed is inside you BEFORE you were born.
It's a bit different, and you need to read the whole book to understand.

The first one (foster strengths and acknowledge weaknesses) really stood out for me. So often we focus on what we can't do, or don't do well instead of cultivating what's truly great about us.
Also, I love how you've included fear. It seems to be our biggest stumbling block, often paralyzing us from moving forward.
I was just reading a book yesterday where they said, "Fear kills everything - your mind, your heart, your imagination."

Hi Miki! Thanks for your comment. I hear it all the time - Fear for living life. What will happen if I try this or try that - a conceptual future based on no facts. A conceptual future, nothing more than an Illusion that determines the course of actions. I need facts not conceptual illusions for me to live my life.
Great tips, Bruno. Especially #10--accepting oneself "AS IS." That doesn't mean we shouldn't develop our abilities and overcome weaknesses that hold us back. But we have to work with ourselves, what we've been given.
